You’re the one everyone counts on. You hold it together at work, show up for everyone at home, and say “I’m fine” so convincingly that people believe you. Somewhere along the way, you stopped believing it yourself. I’m Tobi Brenner, LPC, and I work with women who are tired of running on empty. Many of my clients are high-achieving, career-focused women dealing with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. Others come to me during life transitions, after a loss, or when they’re ready to untangle patterns from childhood, including complicated relationships with their mothers. I also provide sex therapy and am working toward formal specialization in this area. I help with desire differences, body image, and unlearning shame, including purity culture recovery. These conversations can feel awkward to start. That’s normal, and it’s my job to make them easier. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in IT consulting, business operations, and HR. I know corporate culture from the inside, which shapes how I support women facing career challenges and workplace stress. I draw on integrative, person centered, trauma informed, and strengths-based techniques, tailored to what you need. Sessions are collaborative and practical, with room for the occasional laugh. I provide affirming care for LGBTQ+ women. You don’t have to have it all figured out to start. You just have to be a little tired of doing it alone. Reach out, and let’s talk.
