My name is Todd Graves, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals find healing and lasting change through life’s most difficult challenges. With over two decades of experience, I have worked with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, grief and loss, and addiction. I specialize in anxiety counseling and depression therapy to support clients through their struggles. Both my personal and professional experiences have shaped a deep understanding of the importance of having a safe, supportive space to process difficult life experiences and foster meaningful change. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, an evidence-based approach for treating trauma and PTSD. My work has involved supporting clients through various forms of trauma, including, but not limited to, sexual and physical abuse, assault, betrayal trauma, spiritual abuse, relational trauma, and combat- or first responder-related experiences. My primary areas of focus include PTSD therapy, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and recovery from pornography and sexual addiction, as well as other impulsive and compulsive behaviors. I am committed to creating a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel safe exploring your experiences, healing, and growing.
