I’ll listen to your stories carefully, and with true compassion. By the detail of my responses, you’ll know I’m keeping up. When and if you’re ready, we can return, together, to the hard moments: The ones you know well, and the others you’ve nearly forgotten. The scenes of your life that altered your course, leaving you more sad or depressed, more anxious, with more shame and self-criticism, or resentment and anger, than otherwise would have been yours. Together, we’ll re-view, looking for whatever you may have missed or dismissed about these situations. With a more comprehensive perspective, you’ll find your perception has broadened, your feelings have changed, and you have less conflict with yourself and others. Doing this work is my passion.
