Hi here, I'm Tomas Dawkins, MA, LPCC. I am a recent graduate of Naropa University's Contemplative Psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology program, and my aim in life is to help develop my clients' ability to be aware of their internal and external experiences while also being able to connect to others and themselves. As my client, I wish to provide you with a warm, safe, and inviting space for you to explore and challenge yourself while you meet your goals in session. I am open to trauma work, working with anxiety, depression, and addiction. I'm experienced in working with neurodivergent communities and am open to working with clients from all walks of life and experiences. In addition to individual counseling, I also provide couples counseling and occasionally co-facilitate in Group Therapies. The human experience is a journey that holds many moments of beauty and turbulence. In conjunction with this, every person's story is unique to there ubringing, morals, history, and identities, which should be treated with care. Through our collaboration, my hope is for you to reach your goals and feel secure in yourself at the end of our time together.
