Tommy Schoffler, MFA is a graduate intern in his final semester of a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Master’s Program and has been a professional actor for nearly 30 years. Tommy brings not only creativity and empathy but also a finely tuned ability to help clients express themselves authentically and confidently. In addition to his counseling training, Tommy is a certified teacher of the Alexander Technique, an evidence-based practice widely used by both artists and athletes to improve posture, efficiency, and the mind-body connection. In his clinical work, Tommy incorporates somatic and narrative techniques, positive psychology, and holistic wellness approaches with both individuals and groups. Whether working with high achievers, athletes, performers, or individuals navigating anxiety, grief, or life transitions, Tommy’s mission is clear: to help clients embody confidence, strengthen resilience, and step fully into their best selves.
