I entered the counseling field to help people navigate difficult situations and create meaningful change in their lives. Many of the individuals I work with are managing work, relationships, and daily responsibilities while privately struggling with stress, anxiety, ADHD, relationship concerns, addiction, grief, or major life transitions. My approach to therapy is honest, practical, and focused on improving daily functioning while also helping clients gain insight and clarity about their situation. The goal is to support meaningful progress and help individuals and couples move forward in a thoughtful and sustainable way.
