I am here to help you Transform and Thrive! As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I have a passion for improving the wellbeing and coping skills of youth and young adults. I have been working with individuals ages 8 to 25 for about 4 years to help manage their anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, life transitions, and issues related to behavior. I also have a passion to help build relationships and nurture change through family therapy. I am motivated to build effective relationships and ensure needs are met and improvements are made.
