Seeking support can feel overwhelming, especially when you've spent years carrying things on your own. My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by both personal and professional experiences. Growing up, I witnessed the impact that trauma, family dynamics, and unspoken struggles can have on individuals and relationships. Those experiences, combined with years of working alongside youth, young adults, and families facing significant life challenges, led me to this work and continue to fuel my passion for helping others create meaningful change. I work with young adults, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, and issues related to identity, masculinity, and family relationships. I have a particular passion for supporting men, fathers, and young adults who may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and direct, drawing from attachment-based, systemic, and evidence-based practices to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, and develop practical tools for lasting growth. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward the life and relationships you want to build.
