I came to counseling after fifteen years in education and coaching, where I witnessed firsthand the struggles individuals and families face—and discovered my calling to help them heal. I work with teenagers (16+), young adults, adults, and elders navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, betrayal trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is rooted in helping you align your life with your deepest values, using evidence-based methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I integrate Christian counseling principles when relevant, and I believe holistic treatment matters—addressing not just symptoms, but the whole person. I'm direct and compassionate in equal measure, meeting you where you are while gently challenging you toward growth. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions, accept Aetna, BlueCross and BlueShield, and UnitedHealthcare, and I'm currently accepting new clients. Let's work together toward meaningful change.
