Introduction

Rooted in Humanistic theory, I provide whole-person, client-centered therapy. I use integrative skills and techniques from a collective of evidenced-based modalities as well as client-collaboration and insight. I specialize in anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, and unresolved trauma. Non-judgmental, inclusive, compassionate, and direct, this counseling will deepen your sense of self and broaden your perspectives. Yalom Therapy groups are cost-effective and a great way to find connection, value, and community. Learn skills and gain deeper insights for self-awareness. Group therapy can be just as beneficial as individual therapy and can help accelerate the therapeutic process. Groups provide support, acceptance, and belonging - vital to our overall health and wellbeing. In-person, 90-minute, trauma-informed groups in Broomfield. Psycho-ed & process, all groups incorporate skills, topics, and techniques from various evidenced-based therapeutic modalities. Pre-registration and an intake is required. Summer Groups June-Aug: Special Introductory Rate: $25/group for any group Fall Groups Sept-Nov: $35-$65 per group, depending on the group. *Discounted package rates available. Summer Group Schedule: June 1 -Aug 30, 2025 The Recovery Group: Mondays 6:30pm-8pm. Maybe you are sober-curious or have long-term recovery and are wanting to get back to basics. Move through the shame and isolation of addiction and find freedom and connection in recovery with a dogma-free approach. No matter what stage of change you're in, you can always use support and skills for living a life in recovery. Gain insights and awareness with cognitive behavioral techniques, relapse prevention tools, and dialectical behavioral therapy skills for recovery. Gently walk toward the life you want to live. The opposite of addiction is connection, and you are welcome here. Men’s Therapy Group: Tuesdays 12:30pm-2pm. For men looking to connect with others in a safe space. Explore a variety of evidenced-based therapy concepts, change unhelpful patterns, heal past hurts, gain support, and share. You will learn useful skills to enhance self-awareness, self-compassion, communication, and relationship dynamics for improved mental and emotional health. Get the non-judgemental support, practical tools, and connection that you are searching for. DBT Group: Wednesdays 5:30pm-7pm. Skills, skills, skills. We will explore all things DBT. Group topics and techniques center around Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and can apply to the most common life-challenges. DBT is for anyone looking to find more consistent emotional regulation, mindfulness to promote inner peace, healthy boundaries, deeper connection, and better communication skills in interpersonal relationships, plus useful skills for handling significant distress. We could all use a little DBT in our lives. Relief is here, and DBT offers some solid solutions. Women’s Therapy Group: Thursdays 12:30pm-2pm. For women looking to get to the heart of the matter with focused topics and a safe space to process and learn new skills. Find community with other women. Connect, share, and explore therapy concepts that apply to your life experiences. Learn skills for empowerment, setting healthy boundaries, and moving toward self-love. Topics will be geared toward women's issues, self-compassion, and creating intentional change. Gain an overall sense of improved mental and emotional health and wellness. Your community of women is here. Mind/Body Therapy Group: Fridays 10am-11:30am. Connecting the mind, emotions, and body with movement, breath, and awareness. Groups are small and include gentle yoga, mindfulness, and breath work, combined with therapy concepts and topics to bridge the connection of mind and body. For anyone wanting to create space, take a beat, and find a practice of self-care to reduce the score the body has kept. Bring your yoga mat, some water, and wear comfortable clothes. This group will meet you where you’re at. For any body. A group that will call you home to you. Therapists Unite - Yoga Reflect & Connect Group: Fridays 12:30pm-2pm. Calling all therapists! A small, open group for the professional supporters, mental-health-care workers, and safe-space-holders. How are you taking care of YOU? Group starts with a circle of therapists, open conversation, intention-setting, and connection, followed by a full 45-minute, sweet and gentle yoga practice, and ending with 15-minutes of a deep, relaxing, guided-meditation. Leave feeling connected, grounded, and renewed for your weekend. This summer group is offered free-of-charge for therapists and other mental healthcare practitioners. We are all in this together. You deserve a space to be held just for you. Take the time for your mind and body. Bring your yoga mat! Additional Groups Starting Fall 2025 Couples Groups: Day/Time TBD. A 90-minute, in-person, weekly group for couples to learn, share, connect, and process relationship dynamics. Learn skills and techniques for healthy communication, conflict resolution, forgiveness, collaboration, unity, and emotional regulation. Intensive Weekend Therapy Retreats: Register now.
