Group topics and techniques center around Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and can apply to the most common life-challenges. DBT is for anyone looking to find more consistent emotional regulation, mindfulness to promote inner peace, healthy boundaries, deeper connection, and better communication skills in interpersonal relationships, plus useful skills for handling significant distress. We could all use a little DBT in our lives. Relief is here, and DBT offers some solid solutions. Women’s Therapy Group: Thursdays 12:30pm-2pm. For women looking to get to the heart of the matter with focused topics and a safe space to process and learn new skills. Find community with other women.
