You’re the one people call when something falls apart. You hold the plan, answer the texts, keep everything moving. And lately you’re tired in a way a weekend off doesn’t touch. I’m Tori Brothers, LPC, NCC, and a Certified Grief Educator. I came to this work as a first-gen cycle-breaker. My own therapy taught me that the patterns we inherit can change, and that starting takes real courage. I’ve been practicing since 2021, beginning in higher levels of care and outpatient settings, and opened my Denver private practice in 2026. I specialize in anxiety, relationships, and grief. I work with high-achieving women, adults, and couples. My approach is rooted in attachment theory, so we’ll look at how your earliest relationships taught you to cope and why those patterns still run the show. I draw from IFS, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness with individuals, and from Gottman and EFT with couples. What changes? The goal is less performing and more living. That can look like an anxious mind that finally gets to rest, a partner you can actually talk to, or grief you no longer have to carry alone. I’ll be warm, and I’ll also be honest with you, because therapy works best as a real partnership. I see clients virtually across Colorado and Tennessee and in person in Denver. Book a free consultation and we’ll see if we’re a good fit.
