Introduction

I believe everyone deserves a life worth living, and I'm here to help you build one. As a counselor, I work with teenagers, young adults, and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and the complex effects of past abuse or attachment struggles. I meet you exactly where you are—without judgment—and help you understand that while your past shaped you, it doesn't have to define your future. You're in charge now. I draw on multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), trauma-focused work, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to give you tools tailored to your needs. I'm not afraid to challenge you when it serves your growth, and I do so with authenticity and respect. I offer individual and group sessions, available both in-person and via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to reclaim your life, I'd like to work with you.
