Maybe something just isn’t working anymore. You may feel stuck in patterns you understand but can’t seem to change, find yourself reacting in ways that seem to come from nowhere, or know that something needs to be different without knowing exactly where to start. My approach to therapy is integrative and intentional. I look beyond the symptom itself to what may be driving it, helping you connect past experiences with what is happening in your life and relationships now. From there, we work together toward change using approaches that may include EMDR, parts work, attachment-based therapy, and practical strategies. You can come as you are, and for some clients, that includes the dog. I offer online therapy and in-home Animal Assisted Therapy with your dog or my therapy dog, Milo. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start with what is happening now and figure out together where you want to go from here.
