Hi, I’m Tori. I’m so glad you found your way here. Reaching out for support—especially when you’ve been carrying the weight of trauma—is incredibly brave. I work with people who have been through hard things, whether that’s a single event or the slow build of experiences that have left you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck. My style is warm, laid-back, and collaborative. I want you to feel like you can show up exactly as you are—messy, uncertain, hurting, hopeful—all of it is welcome here. I use a mix of somatic and trauma-informed approaches, which means we won’t just talk about what’s going on—we’ll also work with how it’s showing up in your body and your nervous system. I’m here to walk with you as you untangle the pieces, make sense of your story, and begin to feel more at home in yourself. My goal is for therapy not to feel clinical, but to feel human. If you’re looking for a space where you can breathe, feel, and be deeply seen, I’d love to connect. I am also approved as a licensure supervisor for counselors-in-training and provisionally licensed professional counselors in the State of Missouri.
