I am a Masters level social worker with twenty plus years of experience working with individuals 18+ years old. I will offer you a safe place to share your fears and frustrations, plus learn healthy coping skills and self care strategies. I work with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety and life trauma. My counseling style is caring, interactive and direct. I believe in treating you as I would want to be treated which includes with the utmost respect, sensitivity and compassion. I can help teach you skills to cope with challenges you face. I will respect your willingness and desire for change. I enjoy helping people on their journey to increased self awareness and life satisfaction.
