Introduction

Hi friends! I am an outpatient therapist in the Lenawee County area that specializes in trauma, substance use disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder. I am currently certified in DBT and enjoy working with teens and young adults that may have complex lives and trauma histories. I currently run groups for survivors of sexual assault weekly for all different ages and I have worked with youth involved in the juvenile justice system for almost 6 years now. I have a background in working with children and families involved in systems that can be retraumatizing and stressful. I value collaboration and believe healing happens when we all work together. I learned everything I know about working with people through doing the work, and I believe every client is the expert. I am unapologetically myself, at times can seem a little rough around the edges, but I bring a 'street social work' vibe to therapy that can make you feel seen, heard, and understood. You don't have to tell me what it felt like to have to survive- I already know. You are a survivor, you are already strong. Now you deserve to be happy.
