Introduction

I’m passionate about supporting adult clients who grew up in emotionally unpredictable, invalidating, or chaotic family systems- especially those who have a parent who shows traits commonly associated with borderline or narcissistic personality disorders. I work from a trauma-informed lens, incorporating aspects of psychodynamic, humanistic, and cognitive-behavioral therapies that focus on your lived experience and the impact it’s had on your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self. I also frequently work with clients navigating OCD, especially where intrusive thoughts, compulsions, and shame intersect with family dynamics, perfectionism, or trauma conditioning.
