With an integrative approach to Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, I work with clients in the context of several areas including: anxiety (as well as performance anxiety), communication, relationship issues, early to mid-career challenges, ADHD, c-suite professional challenges, self-esteem, transitions, neurocognitive difficulties, depression and grief. I endeavor to assist clients to develop practical tools to improve their daily lives, gain further self-awareness / insight, harness personal strengths and resilience, as well as, to build and foster strong relationships. I believe therapy is a place for clients to feel safe to explore themselves, learn to get comfortable with the uncomfortable, garner tools for self-empowerment, and determine practical strategies to navigate what brought them into therapy. My background in developmental psychology, clinical psychology and neuropsychology informs my eclectic approach to treatment. I welcome working with culturally diverse populations.
