Introduction

Hi, I’m Tracee. I’m a licensed mental health counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of long-term stress or trauma. I also support clients with ADHD, emotional regulation, identity development, and co-occurring substance use concerns. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and practical. I believe therapy works best when clients feel understood, supported, and empowered to trust themselves. I integrate evidence-based practices with a relational, insight-oriented lens, helping clients build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, improve boundaries, and move toward greater balance and self-confidence. I value continuity of care, transparency, and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what’s getting in the way and what they want to build next. Therapy with me is paced thoughtfully and tailored to each client’s needs, strengths, and goals.
