Life can feel overwhelming at times. Seeking help can be the first step toward healing. I am here to support you through your unique challenges, offering a safe and compassionate environment where you can explore your feelings, gain insights, and develop effective coping strategies. Whether you're dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship difficulties, trauma, or other mental health concerns, I am dedicated to helping you achieve emotional well-being and build a healthier, more balanced life. My goal is to provide safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental therapy to adults. I am sex positive and welcoming to LGBTQIA2S+ individuals and those in alternative lifestyles. I have experience working with healthcare workers experiencing stress related to their experiences with the COVID-19 Pandemic. I regularly engage in clinical supervision with Sara Hughes, LSCSW, which is an important part of my clinical practice, personal self-care, and development.
