Introduction

Traci Daniel, MFT Associate Marriage & Family Therapist Associate at Engage Health I believe therapy can be a powerful catalyst for healing, growth, and meaningful change. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, I work with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating complex emotional, relational, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered. My journey to becoming a therapist has been shaped by both professional experience and personal resilience. After losing my husband to cancer in 2018, I gained a deeper understanding of grief, caregiving, and the power of emotional connection. These life experiences, along with my background in education, ministry, and corporate leadership, allow me to approach therapy with empathy, insight, and a holistic lens. I specialize in working with clients facing grief and loss, infidelity, relationship challenges, life transitions, women's issues, post-partum, church hurt, and military family stress. I also welcome working with teens, children, and families to help foster emotional regulation, healthy boundaries, and effective communication. My approach is grounded in systemic therapy and tailored to the unique needs of each client. I strive to help people uncover patterns, repair disconnection, and build stronger, more fulfilling relationships. Currently, I am proud to be practicing at Engage Health in Mount Pleasant, SC. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy Pilates, long walks on the beach, live music, and time with my two incredible children. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and deeper connection, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
