Introduction

You may have reached a moment in your life where something no longer fits— a relationship, a role, or even the way you’ve been showing up for yourself. On the outside, things may look fine. But inside, you might feel overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain… or simply ready for something to shift. Hello, I’m Traci Rahima Fortner, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach. I specialize in supporting women through life’s most meaningful transitions—relationships, identity shifts, and the emotional and physical changes of menopause. These seasons can feel disorienting, but they are not something to “get through”—they are invitations into a deeper, more authentic version of yourself. My approach is warm, collaborative, and deeply respectful of your unique experience. I bring over 30 years of professional and lived experience, along with a whole-person perspective that honors the connection between mind, body, and inner life. Together, we’ll slow things down and gently explore what’s unfolding for you. We’ll make sense of patterns that no longer serve you, strengthen your voice, and help you reconnect with your own clarity, confidence, and inner knowing. Because underneath the noise, there is a part of you that already knows what you need. Therapy is a space to listen for that voice—and to begin creating a life and relationships that feel more aligned, grounded, and truly your own. If you’re feeling the pull for something to change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. It would be an honor to walk alongside you. If you’d like, I can now add a high-converting headline + subheadline for the top of her site (this is huge for getting inquiries), or a “Start Here” button section that gently guides people to book.
