Introduction

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Trauma Professional committed to understanding the whole person—not just the presenting problem. I believe meaningful change happens when we identify the root of what's troubling you and equip you with practical skills to move forward. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan, from children through elders, addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship challenges, and more. My toolkit is diverse: I draw on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other evidence-based approaches—always tailoring my work to what resonates with you. I also integrate art therapy and Christian counseling when appropriate. Whether you're navigating a life transition, healing from past harm, strengthening your marriage, or building resilience, I'm here to help you reconnect with your strengths. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and am currently accepting new clients.
