Introduction

Virtual counseling only for clients located in Arkansas, Florida, and Alabama. Welcome. I’m Tracie Carter, a Clinical Social Worker who helps clients manage stress, anxiety, depression, relationship strain, and the emotional impact of family or interpersonal conflict. My approach is warm, practical, and collaborative, with a focus on helping clients feel heard, supported, and better equipped to move forward. I bring decades of social work experience across clinical, school, investigative, correctional, and supervisory settings, along with a BSSW from Troy University and an MSW from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. I may be a good fit for clients who want support with: • Managing stress-related symptoms, anxiety, or depression. • Seek to improve their personal or professional relationships by enhancing communication skills, emotional intelligence, or conflict resolution abilities. • Are navigating the aftermath of family or intimate relationship conflict. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs using evidence-informed approaches and a respectful, strengths-based perspective. I believe therapy should provide a safe, welcoming space to explore difficult topics and practice healthier ways of coping, communicating, and rebuilding confidence. If you are ready to take the next step, I would be honored to support you in developing practical tools for greater well-being, self-worth, and emotional steadiness. I offer primarily evening appointments and some Saturday morning availability.
