Introduction

Hi there. I am a long time private therapist and group practice owner. I am a mom of 3 and very active in our community as an advocate for clients and clinicians. I am accepting new clients and am comfortable working within a range of mental health concerns but am most known for my work in all areas of addiction, compulsive behavior, panic, & OCD. I value clients as experts in their own wellness and have offered "paths to recovery" an inclusive and collaborative approach to wellness since I began my practice 14 years ago. While collaborative and integrative in all my work, my approach to addiction is, inclusive to all sober supports and approaches. This includes traditional, and non-traditional approaches. AA, SMART, Women For Sobriety, This Naked Mind, moderation management, Sober Curious, Lifelong, and more. As the Founder of Sober Curious CNY, we support change without labels and self defined paths to recovery. I carry a small caseload and work closely with my clients as they actively work toward changing their behavior. I see adults, couples, families, and offer interventions. I work with several local providers from recovery coaches to medical providers offering MAT. I am available via telehealth, in person by request in Baldwinsville, or in Manlius at Paths To Recovery Holistic Health & Wellness Retreat Center.
