Tracy Collier, LSW (she/her) is a licensed social worker with a dedicated focus on helping adult women, female-identifying and gender non-conforming individuals navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She specializes in working with those who are dealing with issues of identity and empowerment, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, self-esteem, family dynamics, life transitions, and aging. Understanding that therapy can feel intimidating, Tracy strives to create a safe and affirming space for her clients where they can show up as their full, authentic selves and know they will be supported. Her diverse therapeutic style blends cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior skills training and mindfulness with a feminist, trauma-informed lens. Whether you're exploring your voice, setting boundaries, or simply trying to reconnect with yourself, Tracy is here to walk with you on your journey. In addition to Ohio, Tracy has previously lived in California, New York and Colorado, affording her the opportunity to serve a variety of people with diverse backgrounds and lived experiences. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with friends, exploring the metroparks, cheering on the Cleveland Guardians, caring for her many houseplants and playing with her two cats.
