I am a licensed clinical psychologist with more than three decades of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and life transitions. I began this work because I have always been drawn to the deeper places in people, the stories beneath the symptoms, and the quiet courage it takes to ask for help. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that therapy should feel both safe and meaningful. I work with people who are carrying pain, stress, confusion, loss, or emotional overwhelm, whether those struggles are recent or have been with them for a long time. In our work, we will look beyond symptom management and begin to understand the patterns, wounds, strengths, and nervous system responses that shape your life. My goal is to help you feel more present, more connected, and more able to live from a place of steadiness, clarity, and self trust. For many people, therapy becomes the first place where they can finally exhale.
