Introduction

Hi, I’m Tracy Frostick, LMSW, and I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of GR Therapy Collective, a group practice rooted in compassion, connection, and growth. With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, I specialize in working with adults and children navigating trauma, anxiety, and depression. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and IFS (Internal Family Systems), and I use a holistic, client-centered approach that integrates somatic work, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral therapy. My journey into this field began with a deep belief that healing happens in safe, supportive relationships—and that no one should have to walk through pain alone. I strive to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are and feel seen, understood, and empowered to grow. Whether you’re carrying the weight of past experiences, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’m here to help you reconnect with your inner strength and move forward with clarity and confidence.
