Introduction

Life transitions can be both exciting and overwhelming. I work with children, teens, young adults, adults, elders, couples, groups, and coaching clients who feel stuck, uncertain, or weighed down by anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, or major life changes. I believe healing happens in a supportive, compassionate environment where you feel heard and understood. Through empathy, collaboration, and practical tools, we'll explore your strengths, gain new perspectives, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is holistic and individualized, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic and Person-Centered Therapy, Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Gestalt Therapy, Family and Marital Therapy, Imago Relationship Therapy, Somatic Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), EMDR in the Fall of 2026, and other evidence-based approaches to support healing of the mind and body. I provide therapy for individuals, couples, families, groups, and coaching clients across the lifespan, including children (6–12), teens (12–18), young adults (18–24), adults, and older adults (65+). Whether you're seeking relief from emotional pain, navigating change, strengthening relationships, or creating a more fulfilling life, you don't have to do it alone. I'm here to walk alongside you with compassion and respect.
