Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable people who appear to have everything together on the outside, yet internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. You may find yourself constantly thinking, overanalyzing situations, or feeling responsible for everyone around you. Over time, that pressure can lead to anxiety, burnout, and difficulty setting boundaries. Therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and develop practical tools that help you feel more grounded and confident in your life and relationships. I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 1996 and in private practice since 2008. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My goal is to help you gain clarity, strengthen your voice, and feel steadier moving forward.
