Introduction

If you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to even begin, you’re not alone. I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, and ADHD—especially those healing from narcissistic or emotionally harmful relationships. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, more clear, and more like yourself again. Our work together is collaborative and moves at your pace. We focus on helping your mind and body feel safe first, while building real tools for emotional regulation and stability. From there, we can begin to gently process what you’ve been carrying in a way that feels manageable and supportive. If your faith is important to you, we can also integrate that into your healing. Many clients find comfort in reconnecting with their faith, especially when trauma has left them feeling disconnected, questioning, or spiritually exhausted. You are welcome to bring your whole self into this space—your questions, your doubts, your beliefs, and your story. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to take the next step. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.
