Many of us come to therapy because we continue to carry pain from past experiences, pain that has shaped how we see ourselves, relate to others, and move through the world. Beneath that pain, however, lies an innate capacity for healing, which can emerge in the safety of a compassionate and attuned therapeutic relationship. Since beginning my work in the mental health field nearly 15 years ago, I have recognized that a strong therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of meaningful change. Allow me to provide you with a warm, non-judgmental, and secure space where you can feel heard, build perspective, develop coping tools, and co-create meaningful change. I am dedicated to supporting preteens, teens, emerging adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, traumatic stress, family-of-origin challenges, parenting concerns, relationship difficulties, academic challenges, and major life transitions. Rooted in the belief that healing is a deeply personal and integrative process, I draw from a range of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Relational Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy. We think we listen, but rarely do we listen with real understanding, true empathy. Yet listening of this special kind, is one of the most powerful forces of change that I know -Carl Rogers
