Introduction

Hi, I'm Tracy Sykes, a Licensed Professional Counselor affiliated with Better You Counseling LLC in Southlake, Texas. I'm a couples specialist, and I also work with adults navigating grief, divorce, and major life changes. Some of the hardest things we carry don't have easy names. I've spent 15 years walking alongside people through exactly these kinds of transitions — helping couples restore communication and rebuild trust, and helping individuals find their footing again after loss or a season of upheaval. My approach is warm, practical, and solution-focused: I'll help you identify the strengths you already have and build healthier ways of coping. Whether you're coming in on your own or with your partner, I'd be honored to walk with you. I offer both in-person and telehealth appointments, and I'm currently accepting new clients.
