Through the years I’ve worked with individuals, couples and families who have struggled with addiction, depression, anxiety, and generational trauma. I have seen the unwritten cycle that continues in relationships and damage families. But here’s what I learned: everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported, and you have the potential for growth, healing and change. With a background in substance use treatment, psychology and Marriage and Family Therapy, I use a person-centered approach, tailored to your unique needs. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), and Solution-Focused strategies. My goal is to provide a safe, empathetic space to explore thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
