I’m a therapist and someone who genuinely cares about helping people feel more like themselves again. With over a decade of experience in mental health, a Master’s in Counseling and Human Development, and ongoing PhD work in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health, I bring both professional training and a deeply human approach to this work. I support people navigating trauma, attachment challenges, spiritual or religious wounds, identity shifts, and big life transitions. More than anything, I focus on creating a space that feels real, warm, and safe, where you don’t have to filter yourself or have it all figured out. We move at your pace, making sense of patterns, working through emotions, and helping you reconnect with who you are underneath it all. My approach is integrative, blending attachment theory, depth psychology, and transpersonal perspectives so we can look at both the practical and deeper layers of your experience. Outside of my clinical work, I’m also the founder of a nonprofit centered on bridging Eastern and Western approaches to healing, which reflects how much I value whole-person care. People often tell me they feel comfortable opening up here, and that matters to me. My goal is to walk alongside you as you build clarity, confidence, and a stronger, more grounded connection to yourself and your life.
