Introduction

Alase Center for Enrichment II, in coordination with Transitions Peer Support Services, provides integrated behavioral health assessments, psychotherapy, and recovery-oriented peer support for individuals navigating emotional health concerns, substance use, trauma, family disruption, justice-system involvement, and significant life transitions. Our collaborative model connects licensed clinical care with practical, community-based guidance to strengthen stability, personal accountability, coping capacity, and continuity of care. Services are delivered through trauma-responsive, person-centered, culturally sensitive, and strengths-based practices that recognize each client’s experiences, goals, and capacity for sustainable progress. Our team works with clients, families, referral partners, and care coordinators to develop individualized pathways that extend beyond the clinical appointment and promote meaningful engagement in recovery, wellness, and community reintegration.
