Travis is a Licensed Professional Counselor and holds a master’s degree in clinical counseling from Spring Arbor University. Travis has experience working with men’s issues, adolescents and adults facing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Treatment Philosophy & Focus My treatment philosophy is grounded in a person-centered and integrative approach, emphasizing the therapeutic relationship as the foundation for growth and change. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood to explore their experiences and make impactful changes in their lives. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential, Psychoanalytic, and Solution Focused techniques to help clients develop effective coping skills, increase self-awareness, while building resilience and self-confidence, depending on the client’s needs and goals. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and couples, addressing a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I am especially passionate about supporting individuals navigating stress, identity development, and emotional regulation.
