My journey into counseling began not in a classroom, but in a season of deep personal brokenness. I found myself at one of the lowest points of my marriage, ministry, and mental, emotional, and spiritual health. At that time, I was convinced that Christian counseling would not work — that true healing would require nothing short of a miracle. And in many ways, it did. God, in His kindness, led me to a counselor trained in Temperament Theory and Christ-centered counseling. Through that process, I gained profound insight into my God-given design, my relationships, my ministry, and most importantly, my relationship with Christ. What the Lord accomplished in that season was transformative. It reshaped not only my life, but my calling. Since then, I have earned a Master of Arts in Clinical Pastoral Counseling from Colorado Theological Seminary. I am a Certified Temperament Counselor, Licensed Pastoral Counselor, and Professional Clinical Member of the National Christian Counselors Association. I also hold advanced certifications in Integrated Marriage and Family Therapy, Crisis and Abuse Therapy, Child and Adolescent Therapy, and Death and Grief Therapy. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate of Ministry in Christian Counseling. As both a clinical pastoral counselor and a pastor, my calling is to help individuals and families understand their God-given identity and learn how to live faithfully and fruitfully within it. I believe that when we better understand who God is, how He has uniquely designed us, and what He expects from/has given us, we are better equipped to grow in emotional health, relational strength, and spiritual maturity. It is my prayer that through our work together, by the power and guidance of the Holy Spirit, you will experience real hope, renewed clarity, and the kind of healing that only flows from abiding in Jesus Christ — the true Cornerstone of lasting transformation.
