Introduction

I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern dedicated to helping clients navigate life's challenges with clarity and confidence. Currently pursuing my MS at Walden University and practicing at Better Way Collective, I bring a unique blend of corporate experience and psychological training to my clinical work. I am committed to providing authentic, empathetic care to individuals in the Charleston area seeking to improve their mental well-being and overall quality of life. My therapeutic approach is integrative and deeply collaborative. I am particularly dedicated to supporting individuals through the complexities of emerging and young adulthood. My clinical focus includes providing culturally affirmative, supportive care for Black men and BIPOC individuals as they navigate systemic and personal stressors. Finding the right therapist is a brave first step toward the life you want. Whether you are navigating the weight of daily stress or seeking a space where your identity is truly seen and respected, you don’t have to carry it alone. I am here to walk alongside you with an open mind and a grounded heart. Let’s start the conversation whenever you’re ready.
