I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families navigating distressing life circumstances, trauma, and personal growth. I operate from a core belief: you are not "broken." Together, we will create an individualized plan to foster healing, build resilience, and develop practical tools for past, present, and future challenges. You can heal, learn how your mind and body responds to stress, and become the person you desire to be. Areas of Focus I work with adults facing a wide range of challenges, including: Trauma and PTSD Behavioral and substance addictions (including pornography addiction) Anxiety, depression, and anger management Therapeutic Approaches We will tailor our work using the approach that best fits your needs: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): To explore and shift how thoughts influence feelings and behaviors. Internal Family Systems (IFS): To understand internal conflicts and clarify decision-making. Trauma-Informed Stabilization Treatment (TIST): To help regulate the nervous system, overcome trauma responses, and build emotional stability and safety. Hypnotherapy: To support lasting, subconscious change for sports performance, weight management, academic focus, smoking cessation, and more.
