Introduction

Do you find yourself putting everyone else’s needs before your own? Are you struggling with anxiety, navigating fertility or hormonal health concerns, or adjusting to the changes that come with pregnancy and motherhood? Maybe you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to manage everything you’re carrying. Coping with changes in your body and mind can feel draining, especially when you’re struggling to find answers and feel heard. My experience with the loss of my mother and my own hormonal health challenges have shown me how meaningful it is to feel understood and connected during life’s heaviest moment. This inspires me to create that same space for women and mothers. Women deserve to feel supported as a whole person, not just through one aspect of their health or life. I feel women’s mental health is deeply connected to physical health, relationships, life experiences, and the many roles we carry. I’ve dedicated my therapeutic work to helping women make sense of their experiences, work through life’s challenges, and feel empowered to advocate for their needs. You don’t have to do it all alone. My approach is compassionate, curious, holistic, and empowering. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where women feel heard, supported, and encouraged to reconnect with themselves and their own strengths. Together, we will navigate uncertainty, explore patterns that are keeping you stuck, and move forward in life with more confidence.
