I am experienced in working with both adults and adolescents working through a wide range of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. I use a variety of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Processing Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, as well as others. I am excited to work with you on whatever journey you are on and meeting you wherever you are on that journey.
