Introduction

Trevor Ulrich is the Founder of A Safe Haven Wellness, built on compassion, expertise, and a personal commitment to healing. His journey began at 14 after witnessing his grandfather’s two-year battle with lung cancer, sparking a lifelong passion for helping others. Trevor studied biology, biomedical humanities, and clinical psychology at Pace University. A Master-Level, ICF-accredited "Licensed Clinical Mental Health Coach", he has worked in top North Carolina hospitals, gaining deep insight into mental health, addiction, and trauma. Trevor also is an ordained mister and performs weddings for people in need of services which can also be offered through this site. At ASHW, Trevor helps clients break cycles of anxiety, depression, and self-sabotage while offering clear, structured support for those seeking a safe, welcoming space to heal and grow. Trevor is now back in school To earn his Masters degree in Criminal Justice to combine the need for healthcare and patients seeking justice for malpractice
