Introduction

Hi, I’m Tricia Page, CMHC. I’m a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with more than a decade of experience working with adolescents and adults. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with people experiencing anxiety, OCD and related disorders, depression, substance use concerns, and other challenges that can make life feel stuck or overwhelming. I also have experience working with couples, members of the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence, and teens who may not be quite as excited about therapy as the adults in their lives are. My approach to therapy is supportive, practical, and straightforward. I want you to feel comfortable being yourself in session, while also knowing that I’m going to help you work toward meaningful change. I care about understanding what is keeping you stuck, finding strategies that actually fit you, and helping you practice doing things differently—not just talking about them. I believe that many of the patterns we struggle with developed for a reason. Our brains learn from what we experience, and sometimes those lessons continue to shape how we see ourselves, other people, and the world long after they are helpful. The good news is that learned patterns can change. It takes awareness, practice, and a willingness to do the work, but you don’t have to stay stuck in the same patterns forever.
