Introduction

Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes we all need a safe place to pause, process, and health. Whether your struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to face it alone. My goal is to create a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I work with adolescents (age 12+) and adults. I take an eclectic, individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that each person's experiences and goals are unique. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting, utilizing these approaches to help clients process trauma, reduce emotional distress, and foster lasting healing . I specialize in working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. For those who desire it, I incorporate Christian Counseling into sessions. Therapy is a collaborative journey, and I believe healing happens through a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, compassion, and authenticity. Whether you're looking to work through past experiences, develop healthier coping strategies, or simply find greater peace and balance in your life, I would be honored to walk alongside you. Wherever you are in your journey, we'll take the next step together. Please contact me to discuss the next steps.
