Life can be hard. There are seasons when we feel overwhelmed, exhausted, stuck, or unsure of what comes next. Sometimes we carry the weight of painful experiences for far longer than we ever intended to. And sometimes, we simply need a safe place to slow down, breathe, and have someone walk alongside us. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, a life transition, or simply don't feel like yourself lately, please know that you don't have to go through it alone. My hope is to create a warm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where you can come exactly as you are. You deserve to feel heard, understood, and accepted—not just for the parts of your story that are easy to share, but for the difficult and painful ones, too. I work with adolescents, age 12 and older, and adults, and I take an individualized approach to therapy because I believe every person and every story is unique. Together, we will explore what you're experiencing, identify what you need, and find approaches that feel meaningful and helpful for you. Therapy isn't about having all the answers; it's about having a safe place to discover them. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and use these approaches when appropriate to help clients gently process difficult or traumatic experiences, reduce emotional distress, and move toward greater peace and healing. I also specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, and life transitions. For those who desire it, I incorporate Christian Counseling into our work, creating space for faith and spiritual beliefs to be part of the healing process. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing happens in relationship. I believe in meeting you with compassion, authenticity, and respect, and in creating a therapeutic relationship where you can feel safe enough to be honest, vulnerable, and fully yourself. Whether you're carrying something from your past, struggling with what you're facing today, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out. You only need to be willing to take the first step. I would be honored to walk alongside you. Wherever you are in your journey, we can take the next step together—one step, one conversation, and one day at a time. Please reach out when you're ready. I'd love to connect with you and talk about how I may be able to support you.
