Introduction

I am honored to bring more than 16 years of counseling experience to individuals, couples, and families. Throughout my career, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds and have had the privilege of supporting both clients and emerging mental health professionals through clinical supervision and professional development. My clinical experience includes working with depression, anxiety, relationship and family concerns, life transitions, and a variety of personal and emotional challenges. I also provide couples counseling, helping partners strengthen communication, navigate conflict, and develop healthier, more fulfilling relationships. At the heart of my practice is the belief that effective counseling begins with feeling heard, respected, and understood. I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can be authentic, explore difficult experiences, and work toward meaningful change. I believe that it is never too late to gain clarity, develop greater self-awareness, and make positive changes. My goal is to provide thoughtful, objective insight and compassionate guidance while empowering each client to move forward with greater confidence and purpose. This philosophy is the foundation of my practice and the heart behind Time To Talk, LLC.
