I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor-Resident (LPC-R) based in Chesapeake, Virginia, dedicated to helping clients of all ages—from children through adults—navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's major transitions. My military background as a sonar technician shaped my deep commitment to supporting veterans, service members, and their families with compassion and understanding. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regent University and hold a Bachelor's in Biology, which informs my holistic view of how physical and mental well-being connect. Drawing on over five years of experience in mental health settings, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral techniques, and family therapy to help you build coping skills, process difficult experiences, and discover your own resilience. I'm passionate about creating a safe space where you can explore your strengths and pursue meaningful change. I accept TRICARE East, Aetna, Cigna Healthcare, and Humana, and I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients.
