Life can feel overwhelming when you’re navigating neurodivergence or the layered experience of being part of the LGBTQIA+ community. You might already be self-aware. You know the “what” and even the “why” behind your patterns - but you’re stuck on the “now what?” When awareness hasn’t led to change, it can feel discouraging. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients who are managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and identity-related stress. Many of the people I work with are thoughtful and reflective, but feel frustrated that insight alone hasn’t moved the needle. In our work together, we focus on translating that self-awareness into practical, meaningful action. My approach is collaborative and skill-based, drawing from DBT and ACT to help you build emotional regulation, clarity, and momentum. You don’t have to stay stuck in the cycle of insight without momentum or patterns that no longer serve you. Whether you’re feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or ready to move forward in a new way, I’m here to help you turn understanding into real, sustainable change - at a pace that feels steady and doable.
