Introduction

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself or others? You may be carrying more than you realize — especially if you’ve experienced trauma, chronic stress, or painful relational experiences. You deserve support that truly understands what you’re going through and helps you feel safer, more regulated, and more whole. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker offering trauma-informed psychotherapy to individuals seeking healing, clarity, and meaningful change. I specialize in working with complex trauma, developmental and attachment trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic stress, emotional dysregulation, and relationship difficulties. Many of the clients I work with feel “stuck” in cycles of overwhelm, shutdown, self-criticism, or relationship patterns that no longer serve them — even when they’ve tried therapy before. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and somatic. This means we don’t just talk about what’s wrong — we gently explore how your experiences, relationships, and nervous system have shaped the way you feel, think, and respond to the world. I integrate body-based and experiential therapies such as Hakomi, EMDR, and psychodrama to help process trauma at both emotional and physiological levels, allowing for deeper and more lasting healing than talk therapy alone. I place a strong emphasis on attachment and relational wounds, helping clients understand how early experiences impact self-worth, boundaries, safety, and connection. In therapy, I strive to create a warm, attuned, and compassionate space where you can feel seen, supported, and safe enough to explore what’s been difficult — at your own pace. Clients often describe me as empathetic, grounded, and deeply present. I believe healing happens through a combination of understanding, emotional safety, and nervous system regulation. My role is to walk alongside you as you build greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and the capacity for more fulfilling relationships and a more connected life. If you’re ready to move beyond survival mode and into a place of greater ease, clarity, and connection, I would be honored to support you.
